Before I ever thought of launching a personal shopping service, I was already doing what I do now—shopping for others, solving problems, and paying attention to the details. After completing thousands of deliveries for major apps, I realized that something important was missing from the experience: consistency, care, and personal connection.

That’s why I started this service, and it’s who I built it for.

1. I Saw the Gaps in App-Based Delivery

Apps like Instacart and DoorDash are convenient—but they come with a cost. Inconsistent shoppers, poor substitutions, padded prices, and customer service that feels like a robot. I saw first-hand how frustrating that was for customers, and it didn’t sit right with me.

I wanted to offer something better—more reliable, more thoughtful, and actually built around the customer.

2. I Wanted to Build Long-Term Relationships

One of the biggest things missing from the delivery world is continuity. I work with the same clients week after week. That means I remember your preferences, avoid things you don’t want, and can make decisions on your behalf that actually make sense.

I didn’t want to be “just a delivery guy.” I wanted to be the go-to person you trust with your grocery list, your household routine, and your time.

3. I Built This for Busy People Who Value Quality

Most of my customers are people who could technically go to the store—but they’d rather not. They’re busy professionals, families, business owners, caregivers, and seniors who want to eat well and keep the household stocked without sacrificing time or energy.

You don’t need to be tech-savvy or explain yourself every week. You just need someone who gets it—and gets it done.

4. I Wanted to Offer a Premium Experience Without Premium Prices

Yes, I offer a high-touch service—but it’s often more affordable than the apps. I don’t pad item prices, and I don’t charge mystery fees. My pricing is straightforward, and your money goes toward actual service—not a platform.

That means more flexibility, better communication, and a smoother experience overall.

5. It’s Still Just Me—And That’s On Purpose

I don’t outsource your order. I don’t hire random contractors. When you hire me, you get me. That’s how I keep the quality high and the experience consistent. I know each client by name, and I tailor each trip around what matters to them.

This business isn’t built to scale endlessly. It’s built to serve real people, one order at a time.

Wondering if this service is right for you?
