Every customer has different needs—and that’s exactly why I offer a personalized service. Whether you want a specific brand, need to avoid certain ingredients, or have a favorite store deal to apply, I’ve got you covered.

Here’s how I handle special requests, substitutions, and coupons to make sure every order fits you perfectly.

1. I Read Every Note—and Ask Questions if Needed

If you leave a note like “green bananas only” or “no store-brand dairy,” I’ll follow it to the letter. If anything is unclear or seems inconsistent, I’ll check in with you before making assumptions.

2. Substitutions Are Thoughtful—Never Random

If something is out of stock, I don’t just grab the closest thing. I’ll text you options based on your original request, including size, brand, price, and quality. You stay in control the whole time.

3. I Remember Your Preferences Over Time

If you’ve ever been frustrated by having to re-explain your preferences on every app order, you’re not alone. I keep track of your preferences from one trip to the next—so over time, shopping gets easier and more accurate.

4. I Gladly Accept Coupons (Even Digital Ones)

If you have store coupons, manufacturer coupons, or digital deals through your loyalty account, I’ll use them. You can text me photos, forward barcodes, or give me your store login if you want me to apply digital offers on your behalf.

5. I Look for In-Store Deals Automatically

Even if you don’t send coupons, I keep an eye out for promotions that might save you money. I know where to find the unadvertised markdowns and local store discounts that apps often ignore.

6. I Treat Your Budget Like It’s Mine

If you’ve got a weekly grocery budget or want to stay under a certain amount, let me know. I’ll work with your priorities and suggest swaps or remove extras to stay within your limit.

7. I Communicate Throughout the Trip

If there’s a last-minute deal you might like, or something looks off on your list, I’ll send a quick message. You can also text me updates while I shop—just like you’d message a friend who’s already at the store.

Want a grocery delivery experience that actually listens?

If you’re in Rancho Cucamonga or nearby, I’ll shop your list the way you would—with care, communication, and savings in mind.
